This house was initially built as a one-story ranch in 1930. We added the second storey, totally renovated the first storey, and connected the two with this stair tower.
We focus here on the elegance of line, attention to proportion, and playful use of Shingle Style design details. The roof forms are sculptural, enveloping. Rooftop Shingle Style elements include a tower, eyebrow dormers, and copper chimney caps.
