This house was originally built as a one-storey ranch in 1930. We added the second storey, totally renovated the first storey and connected the two with this stair tower.
We focus here on elegance of line, attention to proportion and playful use of Shingle Style design details.
The roof forms are sculptural, enveloping. Rooftop Shingle Style elements include tower, eyebrow dormers and copper chimney caps.
